As one of the most popular and best-selling Mitsubishi models here and around the country, the Outlander Plug-In Hybrid is making waves with its latest release. We’re expecting some great things for the 2024 models, and you can get a sneak peek before models hit the floor at San Jose Mitsubishi at the end of 2023.

Outlander Plug-In Hybrid Features New to 2024 

One of the main additions for 2024 applies across the Mitsubishi brand, and that’s the addition of a new limited maintenance program. That’s in addition to the existing 10-year/10,000-mile powertrain warranty and 5-year/60,000-mile limited warranty that leads the industry in customer satisfaction. The new maintenance program includes three complimentary oil and filter changes within the first two years of ownership. You can also bring your new Mitsubishi in for other maintenance like three tire rotations and one cabin filter change.

You can expect most of your favorite features to return, like incredible fuel efficiency and impressive range. Just like last year, the 2024 model is built with the same styling and structure as the traditional Outlander but with dual electric motors and a 20-kWh battery that can achieve up to 38 miles on all-electric power. With a 420-mile driving range, DC fast charge capability, and 7 drive modes, the 2024 Outlander Plug-In Hybrid is coming back with a bang – and some new features.

So, what’s new for 2024? Joining the trim lineup for the Outlander Plug-In Hybrid is the all-new Platinum Edition. Featuring an exclusive two-tone paint job in Black Diamond with an Alloy Silver roof, the Platinum Edition will include more premium features. 

If you love the Black Edition available on the Outlander, you’ll be happy to know that the popular blackout models are coming to the Plug-In Hybrid. It will come with all-black features like a black dynamic shield, black chrome window trim, and black roof rails as well as an upgraded black semi-aniline premium leather-appointed seating setup.
